Planet Fitness has leased the former Fallas building in Oakland, CA. Since 1992, Planet Fitness has become one of the largest fitness club franchises by number of members and locations in the United States. The approximately 21,784 SF space is located at 10715 Macarthur Blvd in a former Fallas store.

‍Richard Rizika, Jennifer Meade, and Jake Radeski from Beta represented the landlord, Fallas, and Planet Fitness was represented by Scott Landgraf with SRS Real Estate Partners.

This deal was recognized as a 2021 Q1 Powerbroker Quarterly Deal by CoStar.

Bath & Body Works recently opened at the Peninsula Shopping Center in Rolling Hills Estates. The deal was a collaborative effort by Xan Saks of Beta, who represented Bath & Body Works, and Maryl Binney of Highland Partners who represented the landlord, Vestar.

In 2019, Sephora/LVMH approached Beta to assist in locating store opportunities in several selected markets. The opportunity allowed Matthew Lux of Beta to collaborate with the Sephora/LVMH team to locate an outstanding opportunity at Lincoln Center in Stockton, CA.
