Richard Rizika talks to National Real Estate Investor about the spike in power center investments

Richard Rizika, Partner & Co-Founder of Beta, recently spoke to National Real Estate Investor about the spike in power center investments. In spite of the current retail real estate climate there has been a 30.4 percent increase in the first quarter of 2019 for investment sales involving power centers.

He notes that “there’s increased institutional capital that is chasing after these power centers.”

Pacific Retail Capital Partners starts $20 million Paseo Nuevo renovation

Paseo Nuevo has started renovations to update and revitalize the center. Plans include a reimagined Center Court embracing community, culture and commerce, enhanced landscaping and lighting, and fresh gathering spots with water and fire features.

The $20 million renovation by Pacific Retail Capital Partners will include four distinct districts. Each district will have a unique retail experience that will be weaved together with a curated collection of stores, restaurants and amenities supported by an experiential marketing campaign.
