Megan Kinney

Megan is an Account Manager at Beta, specializing in analytical research and supporting brokerage services for both landlord and tenant representation teams.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Real Estate from Santa Clara University. Go Broncos! Driven by a desire to grow within a firm that invests in its employees, she was inspired by Beta’s mentorship, culture, and hands-on experience—further fueling her passion for commercial real estate. Starting as a summer intern at Beta, Megan now advances her career as an Account Manager after graduating from SCU.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Megan is a Southern California native who enjoys attending concerts, relaxing at the beach, and staying active.
