Michael Kare

Michael Kare is a Marketing Coordinator at Beta, where he supports design and marketing initiatives across the agency. With a strong foundation in web development, visual design, and digital media, he brings a thoughtful and creative approach to how we engage with digital information.

A South Bay native, Michael grew up in Palos Verdes. His passion for technology and the arts led him to the University of Washington in Seattle, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and Media Studies and Digital Art. His work bridges the worlds of technology and the arts, shaped by a deep interest in how storytelling can evolve through design and code.

Before joining Beta, Michael worked as a front-end web developer and visual designer, creating immersive websites, brand identities, and digital experiences. He’s passionate about exploring the intersection of art and emerging technology—including AI tools—to uncover new and more intuitive ways of presenting information.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys producing music with friends. He lives in Marina del Rey with his girlfriend, Samantha, and their cat, Sake.
