You can find Breadblok at select farmers markets, curated wholesale accounts, and even order their products for nationwide delivery.We’re thrilled to announce that Breadblok will soon be opening on the Eastside! Located at 1529 Griffith Park Blvd in Silver Lake, their new space will feature 1,924 square-feet including a private outdoor patio area. Venice favorite, The Win-Dow at American Beauty, will also be opening at the project, making this an exciting new culinary destination for the community. Breadblok was represented by Rob Ury of Beta and Lorena Tomb of Urbanlime represented the landlord, RYDA Ventures.The bakery has ambitious plans for the future and is actively seeking locations in select markets around Los Angeles. They will consider spaces ranging from 800 to 2,000 square feet, plus patio.

Parachute has opened several brick-and-mortar stores across the U.S. - starting with their hometown of Venice, California.Xan Saks of Beta, in partnership with Jeremy Shartar of Locate, is assisting Parachute on their National store expansion.Parachute is seeking 2,500-3,500 SF sites in various high-street and lifestyle centers across the country.
