Richard Rizika Addresses the Current Retail Real Estate Market

There have been many changes to the retail real estate market cause by Covid-19 but recently, leasing activity is slowly starting to pick up after months of challenges. Richard Rizika said “the deals that are getting done are as close to the lease rates as we’ve had pre-pandemic. The major difference that we are seeing is a lot of the incentives that are being provided to make those deals at those pre-Covid rates.”

Jake Radeski Shares Insights on the Benefits Ghost Kitchens Offer to Landlords

Long Beach-based Sunstone Management Inc. has made significant strides focusing on small businesses, lower-middle markets, and, lately, opportunity zones.Within opportunity zones, Sunstone is first focusing on ghost kitchens. Jake Radeski said throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, “ghost kitchens have continued to gain steam.
